Emergency, Help, Ricky Cant Breath

Ricky is gasping for air, then he makes this coughing type of noise. What should I do???

Can you see anything in his throat? Isolate him away from others and keep warm and quiet so you don 't make the breathing worse. This is often a very bad sign for the bird. Any other symptoms?
