Emergency help two week old chick with bulging crop

i have a little silkie who hasn’t been keeping up with her litter mates in terms of growth. I decided to check her crop and it is huge. She’s so small I don’t want to hurt her. She has had 3 poops since I picked her up about ten minutes ago. What do I do???

This is after I have begun massaging it on and off for a couple minutes I still feel it. She is MUCH smaller than the other silkies and hasn’t been keeping up growth. I thought she was just the runt

Looks like a perfectly normal chick that just finished eating. Pooping means things are moving through the digestive system. No need to panic.

But she is so much smaller than the other silkies. She is about half their size she doesn’t seem to have grown at all since we got her

I have separated her from the others. I’m home sick from work today with a sinus infection and I am a wreck over this baby bird
