Emergency. I think my duck is egg bound

I think my indian runner is egg bound. She hasn't been laying eggs for a few days and today I found her lying on the ground and can't get up. There were mucus coming out. We could feel a what I think is a egg and tried to push it out. It might be broken. We put her in a tub of warm water and after a while she was walking and eating again. I am really worried about her as she is one of two pet ducks. What should I do? Is it something to worry about?
