heavy metal poisoning? what ever do you think she could have gotten into? I'm guessing your vet was right because antibiotics would not likely impact muscular or neurological problems.

Is she your only chicken?

This happens with Cornish sometimes. Give her aspirin to help her heart and Rescue Remedy to keep her calm. It'll probably be a slooooow recovery, and she may never be the same. As long as she has a will to live, she should recover.
