EMERGENCY - NEED IMMEDIATE ADVICE RIGHT NOW!!!

Just had a chick born with a large green placenta like sac still attached. Is that the yolk her body has yet to finish absorbing? I sanitized and heated a bowl, I have her in that and covered the bowl with a clean, damp cloth to keep her from drying out. She isn't moving but she was alive at hatching. The humidity is 70F and the temp is 99.

What else can I do? Need immediate advice...............NOW

If you cover the bowl all of the way it might heat up to much in there. I am sure she is sleeping from all of the hard work that went into hatching out. I guess time will tell with her. Sounds like the yoke sac was not absorbed all of the way, so just let her rest and pray.
