Emergency!! Positioned wrong/Assisted hatching! Please help!

You know When you go back to the very FIRST pic that you posted, you would think OMG, this is going to be a LONG LONG process. There seem to be a lot of blood yet and with in a few hours, BOOM, He's ready to come out.

I think he definitely fits my Fastest assist hatching. Usually if they are disturbed two days before hatching, it's either a failed ending OR we wait for that due date to come. So you should be glad that he was as anxious as he is because it could have been a LONG LONG two days. LOL

I mean we are talking wetting him down every two hours, on time for the next 48 hours. So glad he didn't make us to threw that, and I would have hung with you too. Sleepless nights doesn't matter to me as long as that little stinker got out OK..

So, we have a little problem. We cracked this piece off right as we were working on Genghis because we heard tapping near the bruise. I just got home and there is a little beak pecking at the membrane on the wrong end... Again. He's torn a hole in the membrane and hes peeping through the egg. Theres a lot of movement. What is the better way to proceed in this scenario? Do we want to proceed like the other guy or do we want to wait and see what he does?

OH BOY, ROUND TWO.... DING DING.

Lets leave that New guy alone, he still has ONE more day and if he just began cracking will give him some time. Don't take any more shell off, check on him every few hours to make sure that Membrane doesn't dry up, you will need to wet that membrane down.

I'm gonna buy you some handcuffs and handcuff your hands to the chair. LOL.

do you have the rest of the eggs, with the larger end slightly higher then the smaller end. NO wait it's to late in the game for that, they are already commited to the position they are in..

He's a little dryer than he was. But I'm guessing that the cloth that I put over it, helped the humidity more than I thought. Its at 72% right now. Should I soak up some of the water from the bottom of the bator?

I don't see the "bruising" that you are pertaining too. Consider what you have done to the New guy is made him a safe hole, Normally safe holes are NOT that big so you will need to keep an eye on that membrane. I can tell you right now, he's not going to be ready so we need to give him at least another 24 hours.
