I think she might be egg bound, its hard around the bottom of her

Also some of her foot is pink? What does that mean? Is it frost bite?

Once she's warm, put on a glove with some lube and gently check inside her vent for and egg. If an egg is there, you'll be able to feel it about 1-1.5" in.

My mom is helping and can i use a glove that is used to wash dishes. Not a dirty one a new one from a new package

Casportpony has given you excellent advice and detailed information on how to help your hen. If you have someone there who can help you that would be great for both you and hen.
I hope she's feeling better soon.

After you have checked her and got her dry wrap her in a towel or blanket and if at all possible bring her in the house. You can put her in a laundry basket and put a desk light over her to keep her warm. Please let us know how she is doing.. I hope she gets better soon.

Just your finger might be better, but only if you have short fingernails, just be sure to wash your hands before and after you check her. Be very gentle, 'cause she might have an egg in there and you don't want to break it.
