Emergency! Severe head trauma!

This poor girl has a severe head trauma,

Her head is swollen to the point her eyes are shut.

I have her in a cat crate wrapped up in a fleece and have cleaned up her head and face and applied blue antibiotic spray.

What else can I do for her?
What can I give for swelling if anything?
What can I do to keep her comfortable?
Is euthanasia required or will she pull through?

Can't see any bone or brain so that's a good sign. If there's something to help with the swelling I would do that. But also might want to leave her be by herself.

Kind of depends on what happened to her. Looks like her feathers got ripped out and she bled from that but they didn't get contact with her skin to tear it open.
