Emergency sick duck

I'm so sorry if I'm doing this incorrectly. I'm new. I have a pet duck that lives inside with me he's 9 months old I've had him since he was about 6 days old. His name is Mr.Duck. Mr. Is my sidekick we do everything together including sleeping lol. He comes outside 3-4 times a day but the temp has been Fluctuating some days are 20° and others are 38°. I was outside feeding my chickens and it started pouring rain mr. Duck got wet so we went inside. Since then he has been sneezing his poo is very watery and he poos immediately after drinking hes not eating very much. No nasle drip or eye goobers. He is still acting like his normal self very active happy and stubborn.

Do you have deep water for him to clear his nares?
