Emergency turkeys 🦃 failing

Hi. Michael here. My turkeys have starting to hatch in my incubator and are very dopey. Can I do anything. Or is this usual. Have lost 2 out of 5 already. And two of my ducks have bleed to death before hatching. Would appreciate any advise

This morning the turkey eggs piped but hatched a 5h ago and the ducklings bled to deth after piping on. A vane

Poults are not as quick to run around as chicks. They're rather clumsy for a day or two. I had 11 hatch a week ago under a hen turkey. For the first day I checked on them very frequently as they would fall on their backs and were unable to turn over and stand. All 11 are doing great now. Be sure to check your baby turkeys often for the first 24 hours after hatching.

I have never heard of any baby bird bleeding to death during hatch unless something caused damage to the membrane/shell during the hatching process.
