Try the vitamins. It's not uncommon and can be passed from the parent stock. Hopefully you will start to see improvement.
It was from my birds so I will feed them more vitamins too hopefully help
I can’t until morning I really hope she makes it till then

She survived the night, I think the wry neck is causing splay leg, she get around by sidestepping

Also her sibling struggles to walk, are her legs too far forward or something

@Eggcessive , @azygous , @Wyorp Rock , what do you think? This happened a day after hatching so I think it’s unlikely to be caused by injury or disease
Also what is the dosage of different vitamins to give her

The one with the legs far forward, yes, it may be spraddle/splay leg. You can try hobbling the chick to see if it helps. https://the-chicken-chick.com/spraddle-leg-in-baby-chicks-what-is-it/

I'd follow the advice for vitamin therapy to treat Wry Neck. 👇

If you can get some vitamin E capsules, human ones are fine, you can prick the capsule and give her the oil from that. They really need the full strength, concentrated form to get their levels up.
If it's caused by vitamin deficiency, which is not uncommon, there is a good chance for it to recover. There are other possible causes which don't really have remedies. It if were something developmental or from being malpositioned in the egg, then those are different issues. It may also have splay leg or spraddle leg, I can't really tell. From the way it's laying it could be that or just be laying like that due to the wry neck. Splay leg in chicks can sometimes be caused by issues in incubation. If it's unable to get it's legs together to stand you may need to put it in a chick chair while treating, and when you can determine if it's splay leg as well, then it will need hobbles until that resolves. You will also likely need to help it eat and drink, until it can do so on it's own. It will be good for abt. 3 days on the yolk it absorbed, then it will need to be eating and drinking.

Here is a video on splay leg:

She seems to be doing very slightly better today but there’s one problem, she’s hungry but I think she finds swallowing uncomfortable, should I try to hold her neck in a more natural position when I feed her?
