Emergency; yellow poo?

This just came out of my chicken that has been lethargic for two days. I started feeding her probiotic, vitamin, and food mixture via syringe. I don’t know what it is or what to do.

How old is the chicken? How does the crop feel? Is she laying eggs? Had she been active and eating/drinking?

She’s maybe 3, she’s a rescue, crop is very empty. Laid a lot of eggs a few weeks ago, went very broody, and hasn’t eaten in days. I’m having to syringe feed her electrolytes and vitamins. Gave her some antibiotics orally.
