Help! Some dogs got into my rabbit barn and ripped up my rabbits' feet, is there anyway I can save them or do I just need to put them down??

Sorry to hear about your rabbit.
Can you get pictures of the injuries so we are able to determine the severity? That might be helpful.

I had a kit that got his hind legs stuck through the wire on the bottom of his hutch a few years back. He had deep lacerations but I was able to save him with lots of extra care. It really depends on how bad the injuries are. He walks slightly weird now but is doing great.

Do you have access to a veterinarian?

I hope it's not too bad to save animals are usually pretty resilient unless there is infection. I wish you luck
