Other eye also have this but only 2 3 lumps but this is right eye where he has this .... And what does Inna coop mean ? He stay alone with me and is this normal... And it will go away or its permanent???

He lives with me at my home alone and he is 2 year 5 months leghorn rooster
And pls can you say me what is this happened at a time I am in too much tension

i don’t think it’s something because it’s just a part of skin i notice them on mine too but the quantity is a lot didn’t looks like pox or anything else but must say it’s a part of his own skin because my tootoo have it on his lower eyes where his comb covered it completely

That's not really an ideal diet for a nice rooster. Is there anywhere to buy commercial chicken feed in your area? I think it could be calcium deposits but I'm not a dr or a vet.
