My 2 Week and 4 days sasso chiks died (4 out of 700] after administering Neobro growth stimulater.I was giving amprolium just for prevention, then today i mixed it with the Neobro. What shall i do?

I assume these are meat birds? I would say they probably died because of the growth stimulator.

Oh ok. If the growth thing you gave them is not natural then i belive that is why.

Never administer amprolium together with vitamin b1. It will make amprolium useless and will build amprolium-resistant coccidia.

Is it appropriate to give with amprolium incase of thiamine?

No Neobro growth is NOT appropriate because it contains vitamin B1.
Considering that you're administering amprolium as preventive treatment, and none of the birds have coccidiosis (for now), that's the perfect recipe to get strains of amprolium resistant coccidia.
