I am not loosing hope this guy is still alive and breathing, and just has 2 brocken legs and a scratch on the head any advise would be apperciated I am not killing it for the final time.

Is it a wild rabbit, did it get mauled by a dog???

You said no to my first suggestion, so i would say clean up the wound, and splint the legs as best you can.

siklilovr it hard to save wild things espesially rabbits, there is really nothing you can do for its legs. you need to get a box and put him in it with a hat light to keep him warm.

I think my dog might have went after it but we saw it this morning and thought it was dead and came back fro breakfest after to find it still breathing, So, How would I go about splinting the legs?. I figure to clean up the wounds, just dab some alchol, it is a wild rabbit I understand it wild but I still care for animals, and this guy has a chance to live, How would I go about feeding it I dont exactly know what wild rabbits eat, all I can think of is carrot, which I dont think it could eat right now tho.

Im not shure but when I flipped him on his back he flopped aroung all of his legs soo, I dont think he has any brocken legs I think, ok I just checked hi real quik and the front left leg dont look so good the back two legs are fin just on of them in the front.

Well, if it can move its legs, it's back is not broken, which is a good sign.
Don't offer it any food yet, just have water nearby, but I doubt it will take anything for a while.
Keep it warm and comfortable and quiet and let nature help it along.
Just clean wound with clean soft wet cloth and check how deep/severe it is. If it isn't bleeding copiously, then just leave it to heal on its own.
