Emergency.

Look up wildlife rehabilitators in your area and call one. They will give you the best advice, because that is what they are trained for.
Don't do anything until you talk to one besides putting the rabbit in a box with some towels and water to drink. And keep it out of reach of dogs, cats and children and where flies can't get to it. And stop handling it. The more you handle a wild animal, the more stressed they get and the less likelihood of survival.
 
Well, sadly the bunny just died...it just stopeed breathing and it leg started twitching, poor baby.

i'm so sorry. There was probably nothing you or even a trained vet would have been able to do to save it. It may have had internal injuries. You did your best, and now the little bunny is up in bunny heaven hopping around and eating all the carrots it wants.
