How old is the hen? Mites are treated with permethrin or sevin dust every 7 days until gone. coop and nest boxes must be emptied and sprayed with Permethrin.
The swollen red vent area may be ascites, egg yolk peritonitis, internal laying, tumor, or something else. Here are some threads to read with similar pictures. What are her symptoms? Description of poops, how she walks and acts may be helpful.

her symptoms were being lethargic in nest box. When taken out squawking loud and she was panting in the nest box.

She could be broody from the squawking, but lethargic could mean one of the illnesses above. With internal laying/EYP they will act sleepy, hide away, and have diarrhea, sometimes with egg looking material, but the stools will vary.
You can find Sevin dust, and Poultry and Garden Dust (permethrin) in garden centers, and farm stores may sell Permectrin II (permethrin) spray.

Permethrin is less harmful to the environment. DE doesn't work. Honestly I would use the permethrin, since your chicken has an infestation. Mites can kill, and lice can drive them crazy itching and scratching. Do you have wood ash from a fireplace? Some have used that daily for dusting (and it takes a while) to get rid of bugs, but I think that can be a bit harmful to lungs. The folks on this thread hate using any chemicals, but some of their recommendations just don't work: https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/...eeping-thread-ots-welcome/31090#post_13446902
