This is prob. a dumb question, but where do y'all get those cool little guys jumping up and down and crying and hugging?

When you type a message look to the right of the box. Click on show! There they are. Have fun!

Also to the RIGHT of the screen where you post there is a little blue word that says [show]

you can click on that for some fun one's too!
