Emus now legal in Alaska!

We’ve done it, proposal 142 has been approved! We can now own emus without a permit. You here me, fellow Alaskans who lurk here? Fellow Alaskans who have considered smuggling a few into the state- rest assured you can now have your birds. I don’t think the proposal extends to other ratites, but I’ll take what I can get! Waiting on the Clean List to be updated.

True news as far as I know, will update if I and others have been dooped.

If this is false please correct me. I was skeptical when I heard the news, and still am a little.

Yes has to be adopted into law yet im the guy who fought 5 years to make this happen
