im working on a stacked cage that terry makes on coturnix corner. i am thinking to put the birds into my cage and enclosing the back and sides of the cage. i was thinking to do this to manage the birds making a mess in my garage when i put them in there in the winter or for when i am raising new baby birds. most hutches or cages that i see its open on front and sides. what i want to know is there any reason i cant enclose 3 sides or would it be detrimental to the health of the bird?
