It’s the end of day 22. I have one egg that was very active yesterday but not so much today. Now it looks like the egg is vibrating occasionally just enough to notice. No chirping and no pip. Should I help or just leave it?

I would candle it to see if it has pipped internally. You could make a safety hole if it has pipped internally but at this stage that's as much helping as you can do. Try to keep it, as much as possible, in the same position it is sitting in inside the incubator when you candle so as not to confuse the chick if the orientation of the egg changes.

Although this is in the Goose forum it is excellent and applies to any incubated eggs. It is full of really good information and goes into how and when you can assist.
