hey chicken lovers. look I have silkies, but can not tell which is hen and which is a rooster. duh! come on how hard is it to tell. They all look different. they have waddels on there heads and flaps on the sides of there face? I was told that I had all hens. nope dont think so. only one cocka doodle doos. but the rest still have this stuff on there face. HELP PLEASE:/

If they crow they are roosters. (The "flaps" on the side of their faces are waddles, and the "waddles" on their heads are combs.

Oh, and hens can have combs and waddles too. Let me find a picture of one of my hens.
