ended up with a bird I didn't plan for lol, not sure what it is!

so I have a feathery footed bird, which I didn't intend to have, and I have no idea what she is! *SHOULD* be a pullet, bought as one, but I don't know anything about breeds with feathered legs, all of mine are clean legged! So, help me figure out what she is, because she is really ugly, I mean sweet thanks!
