We've been out near Whitby in the Moors all weekend and I gained a stone. We had our first snow up here last night and the whole terrain is covered in white. It's fun to watch the sheep come running for the hay wagon.

I'm getting over my cold, but Caroline is still full of cold. I hate spending half our holiday sniffling and unable to breath out me nose! bAh.

And don't forget a big swipe of that vapor rub under yer nose, too. Vicks rub is the BEST!

greyfields -

I got excited because your thread title makes it sounds like you were at EC's place (or at least had met up with her).

Looking forward to having you return to the states so you can get back into your "normal" speech patterns again.

Hope you're feeling better soon!

I think he started this thread to show off his fancy 'english' talk. I bet he is over there mimicing their accent, too.

Yes, and he probably watched a lot of "Monty Python" and "Fawlty Towers" reruns beforehand too!

Altho to be fair - I pick up on accents pretty quickly wherever I travel.
Except the east coast.

Heck, we'd rat you out before you even opened your mouth Country Boy.

It's because no matter how hard I try, I can't get it down.

Besides, I thought you claimed you do not have an east coast accent, Buff...
