It seems sooooooo much farther than that.Tell me about it, I'm only 3 hrs away, lol
I am so sorry! I never saw this reply and didn't get a notification for it. I did just get one from someone liking some chick pictures here or I'd have never seen it.Hi Colt , You have some beautiful birds . I love the English Orpingtons myself . Do you have any Partridge English Orpingtons ? Do you ship day old chicks ? I ordered some Partridge Orpingtons from a breeder and he sent me 16 hatching eggs they arrived quickly but only egg hatched , the rest were not fertile . You would think if you are breeding these English Orpingtons , he would know that you should trim the fluff from the butts of the hens to get a better percentage of fertile eggs . Now I have one partridge hen . I asked for a partial refund and got no reply . I raise some wild ducks and mute swans . Thanks, Mark . My sons name is Kolt he is in Japan .
I'm assuming that you've found something by now, but I don't have Partridge. They and Jubilee are the only patterns I'm tempted to add. I'd recommend Anita Heatherly at Fawn Spring Farms for quality English Orpingtons. She's in North Carolina, I believe.
