When we butchered chickens a few weeks ago, one of them had a liver about 5 times the normal size. The liver was yellow and filled most of the body cavity. The bird itself was much smaller than the others. Does anyone know what could have caused this? Needless to say we culled the bird. Is this sort of thing common?
