Enormous egg!

This big boy was laid by one of our girls. It weighed in at 23.6g! She laid another one not quite as big (21.6g). Now her eggs are back to normal. Thought I'd share

Cool! I'm not a quail expert but I know chickens can lay double yolked eggs, possibly that's one from a quail!

Ouch! Glad she's back to normal now. If you candle you may be able to see if there are two yolk in there. It's best not to incubate double yolkers as it very rarely ends well for the poor chicks.
