Enough Room?

Is a 12x8 coop with small storage area and a 10x40 run enough room for 25 hens and 2 roos?

I want to process about 12, but I have been told BOs take pretty long to mature.

12x8=96, minus small storage area = 90 sq ft, divided by 27 = 3.3 sq ft per chicken. By most BYCers standards, yes, this is probably just about adequate space, especially since a 400 sq ft run will give them PLENTY of room out there.

If you start getting problems, you can always process some earlier (probably the offenders).
