Enough Space?

I made this enclosure for my chickens! Is this enough space for 4 full grown hens to be in all day?

Yes we do, under just the coop we have wire and we stapled the bottoms of the chicken wire to the wood surrounding the enclosure. There's a sheet of garden bird netting over the top? Is that safe enough? So this is enough space for them to run around all their lives? We're getting new chickens so we'll close them up in the coop at night like we always do. the enclosures about 10 by 8? Maybe a little more!

i have the same coop!!!! i actually have 3 because i have 9 chicks the whole thing is enclosed in a large space similar to yours..only bigger because i have more than twice the amount of chickens that definitely looks like enough room!

With raccoons around I would definitely lock them in at night. They can tear through the chicken wire.

Yep, thats plenty of room for 4 hens. The recommendations are for 10' per bird and you have double that amount.
