Enrichment for Run

Hi!
We have a portable run that is moved every day, and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas to make it more interesting for the chickens, but they would have to be moveable. (not things like tree stumps) There is clover and grass. I have one of those treat dispensers that roll around, but that only lasts about five minutes!

Are there any spots with bare dirt? Chickens love to luxuriate in a dust bath. It's almost like some sort of drug to them.
