enrofloxarom 10%

Hi ive got 6 chucks 1 with a rattle and 1 getting out of breath. Ive wormed them but want to treat the whole flock with oral enrofloxarom in the drinking water but im struggling to get the dosage. Anyone know how many mls I need per litre. Ive been doing 1 ml to a litre but the lable says pigoen dosage. For chickens 19mg enro/ kg b.w/day i dont know how to work that out
