On Father’s Day, June 21, around 5pm I set 9 eggs.
The night of July 5th I took them out of the egg turner and increased humidity to around 70% by my math, today at 5pm would be the start of day 22
I did a float test last night with zero movement (though I’ve seen that isn’t always the best way to decide) all eggs except one floated appropriately. Or as close to what I think they are supposed to. The lack of photos/video is challenging for a first timer.

so we’re now an hour away from entering day 22 and I’m just wondering what to do. None of the eggs have hatched but it’s quite apparent that at least 7/9 have something big growing in there. Or at least had.
Thoughts? I’ve got 60 of my own eggs to incubate so the incubator is needed, these were a celadon project I bought eggs from and am really willing to wait a few extra days if needed.

At day 22 (for Coturnix) it's not looking good. Have you tapped on the eggs and listened? Candled? Those are far better ways to tell than float testing. Float testing is more likely to kill unhatched chicks than the other ways of checking. Egg shells are porous, so putting them in water is a bad idea.

If you're not hearing anything from the chicks or seeing any internal pips or movement when you candle, you may as well open them and see how far they developed before quitting.

This was my fear. I have read about people having chicks hatch late and since nothing has hatched I thought maybe they were still ok. I suppose if all had hatched but I few I’d have less hope. But since nothing has hatched yet, am I wrong to hold out hope?

If your temperatures were low throughout incubation, they might still hatch.

I wouldn't hold out much hope, though. Open one and see.

Were you trusting the readouts on your incubator? You should have two or three calibrated thermometers in you incubator and a calibrated hygrometer.

yes I was trusting it. I bought the little giant deluxe model. First time incubating so I wasn’t sure what to expect fully. It held 99.5 the whole time.
