Entering eggs at the county fair

Hi! I'm not sure if this is the right forum to ask this?? Anyways, I am considering entering some eggs at our county fair. Just wondering if anyone can give me some advise? I was wondering how many eggs to take and is it best to do all one color or about 4-6 of each color? Also do you just take them in a carton or do you dress them up by putting them in a pretty basket or something? TIA

I have never entered any but what I have seen and read the rules for are fair. they all must be same color and size and put in a carton.
Could be different for your fair.
