Entire flock murdered

I also think it was a weasel. Had a similar attack years ago and took out 15 young hens in one night but didn’t eat them. Most just had what looked like a broken neck. One had the head gone. We found found a small hole dug under the coop that went to the run.
My current coop is off the ground and much more secure based on that experience. I’m sorry this happened to you. I can be hard to see your flock like that.

So sorry for your losses, it's awful. Most of us have learned the hard way that our chicken housing was not good enough!
Build much better before getting any more birds.

I have already started building a new and better coop and have started improving the flaws in my old coop for my new pairs of Deathlayer’s and Ayam Ketwa

I have a baby monitor in the barn now after a possum killed my chicken. It's kinda nice to hear them clucking and eating in the morning 😊

Sorry for your loss! Death Layers are one of the most (if not the most beautiful) breeds in the world! I'd love to have some of both !

I went to my coop in the morning and found all my chickens slaughtered. I found some dead where they sleep. Some dead in the run and one dead outside none of them seemed to have been eaten and only one bite mark and one seems to have been kicked by a human. I do not live on the property so some one could have came and killed all of them because there were three holes around the coop through the wire. There was also dog fur. I am unsure what to do now that my flock is dead.
I babysat my daughter's Alaskan Malamute during lockdown because she had to move. He jumped one of my fences and within seconds killed 3 of my ducks - he grabbed them and gave them a shake, breaking their necks. One bite mark and no other visible injuries.
So I'm thinking a dog (or dogs) killed your chickens ...

I believe it was mostly Likely raccoons and not a person or dogs. But rather strange in how all the chickens were intact and how they only had one bite mark. But seems strange for a raccoon.
We had a coon attack very similar to this. 62 juveniles killed and piled up in the corner of the coop. All with single bite marks to the head/neck. A couple remains were outside the coop. Set up traps and trail cams. Coons! They will kill for sport/pleasure.
