Epsom salt baths aggravating skin?

Noo it hasn't been cold here and there are no fire ants.
I am at a loss with it all.. I have literally tried everything, Just ordered Iodine now.
It's been nearly a week and she still can't stand on it.
It's got that big lump at the back and then the swelling goes all the way round to the front.
I am just trying to think what could cause blisters. hmmmm!

I am brainstorming - what about splinters?

That could be a possibility.. There are a lot of twigs on the pathway to our garden from their enclosure.
I have checked her foot closely and can't see anything in there though.
Do you think I should take her back to the vets tomorrow? It is costing me a bomb and I can't afford it but I hate to see her like this
