Epsom salt that has citrus extracts in it

I bought some epsom salt to treat diarreah in my flock. The problem is I couldn't find the pure kind, only one that has citrus extracts in it. The brand is Dr. Teals epsom salt with citrus. Is this safe to feed orally to my hens?

Probably but how will the Epsom salts cure diarrhea? Do you know the cause of the diarrhea?

I've read that it detoxifies, its just a great all-rounder.

When I had several birds with diarrhea I had a fecal sample read and it turned out to be clostridial bacteria that needed tetracycline to cure.
