So I have an egg-bound hen who I am giving an Epsom soak tonight, and I was wondering if it would be a good idea to maybe give all the girls a soak? No one else has issues at the moment, but I was thinking of having a bit of a pampering day for them as those that have had to soak before really enjoyed it. Would it be a bad idea to do this? Any potential harms?

There would be no problem with it, and your girls would like that. How many chickens do you have?

Oh my! Please get pictures!

On a serious note, make sure their feathers are dry before they go back outside. Most use a hairdryer on low. You said you've done this before, so you probably already knew that. I hope they really enjoy their spa day/night! :thumbsup

We got a post-soak family photo! (Bird is doing her impression of a burrito on my knee)
