ER!! Chicken prolapse vent severe!

Hi, my chickens intestines are out and other organs. I tried cleaning and pushing back in. I have no emergency vet near me that take chickens. Any advice please.

I'm very sorry, but that is extremely severe and you aren't going to be able to fix that.
I would also recommend euthanizing her, she's going to suffer and slowly deteriorate. It would be a kindness to not let that happen. Often prolapses can be treated, but when organs and intestines come out, it's beyond treatment.
I'm so very, very sorry.

I agree that she cannot survive this without lot of suffering before she dies. Many times when a prolapse occurs, others will peck at it, and may pull it farther out. So sorry about your chicken.

Thank you. That’s what I was fearing that it was too extreme. When I googled I found nothing like it. Fortunately found an ER vet about an hour away from me that saw her and put her down. Thank you all for your advice!
