Essential Oils?

Does anyone use essential oils on their chickens? I read that people who raise parrots often use essential oils throughout their bird's life. Does anyone have any experience using them with chickens? What were your results? What oils do you like to use for what ailments or just overall health?

The only oils I've used on my chickens is a product called VetRX. I use it to keep up my flocks health and they are healthy so I guess it's working. I don't have experience using it on any sick chickens though.
