Ethel's Gender!

Hey all. I have an Easter Egger (Ethel) who's supposed to be a pullet, but I think she may be a he. Any thoughts? She/he's pictured with the darker chin. I'v searched and searched for an answer online, but can't find anything definitive. Thank you!
