I also think it will stop eating if it is in constant pain..

Hi, do you think it could be caused by the way the chick was in the egg? I have seen babies born butt first and their legs are up to their ears for quite a while. I would probably wait, if she can get around and is eating and drinking, it might clear itself up. Karen

Since it has been though physical therapy already, chances are there is another defect that is genetic or an artifact of incubation. Not much more you can do now since it's about a week old.
