What happens when chicks are piping then i open the lid and some chicks die in the shell?
You should never open the lid when chicks are pipping. This will cause them to stick to the shell and die. Just leave the chicks in the bator. They can stay in there for up to a couple days if they have to.

You guys are great thankyou so much i had to visit your place oneday

I'm not sure how you could keep the eggs incubating when the power is off. It would be great if you had "broody hens," that would hatch eggs - so you don't have to contend with power outages. Is the power usually out for a long time? Does it happen often?

You might want to post in the Pest forum about the ticks/mites? you are having problems with (pictures might be helpful if you aren't sure what they are) https://www.backyardchickens.com/f/13/predators-and-pests here is a good article from the Learning Center on mites, with some links that mention various things that can be used to control them, not sure what you have available over there https://www.backyardchickens.com/a/mites-chicken-pests-how-to-protect-your-chickens-from-mites

BYC does have a forum for other Livestock, there is also a link to the sister site Back Yard Herds, they have a whole section on cows you might find helpful https://www.backyardchickens.com/f/22/other-pets-livestock
