Eureka! Has some feather problems

I have 7 bantam chicks. They are mixed run, store bought. But Easter specials and me don't mix well. I need help with little Eureka. Her feathers are a quarter the size of her siblings/run mates.

No, I don't actually know if they are related or even what breeds they are. I'll work on that later. For now, can anyone tell me what they think is happening here???

Well sure it is a possibility lol! Even if you buy sexed chicks from a hatchery there is a possibility.

That is the same chick. Pretty guy. Took him forever to fully fledge.
