Euro Knitting style tutorials?

Does anyone have links to euro style videos or tutorials for knitting techniques?


My mom taught me to knit in the euro style (not continental style like most teach in the USA) It is much faster and there is none of that holding needles in your left hand and wrapping yarn with the right, but I have forgotten how to do a few stitches and am having a hard time trying to get past all that hand swapping to remember how to do things like open work.
