CANADA - there are multiple breeder options available to you folks north of the border... pm SusanC for more options in other territories ( I know I'll pay for that one later! )

I wish I.had one! Tho my pullets have white legs and I need a yellow leg roo..but i like the white legs:(I know it is wrong! I am.waiting for more chicks from.skyline..though long island is only six or so hours away! I will try and post pics of the pullets..
Today is a sad day here my baby started pre-k and I am not ready! Last if my five kids to start..can't see though the tears to take a picture!
Road trip! How far are you from New London, CT ferry?

I have some young cockerals and should be able to tell leg color on the others soon if you need one or two. I like the idea of sharing to really get the numbers up. This is such a cool bird. They're definitely my favorite.

I remember the pre-k days. I think it was harder on me than it was on them! It gets easier...

Maggiesdad, I went ahead and started a thread for breeders in the Chicken Breeders and Hatcheries section, but if you would prefer to run it I would be happy to turn it over to you. Check it out here -

A separate breeder list is fine - you run with it! I wasn't sure how to start that one. It will probably take me a year or two to make the jump from propagator to breeder.

The list in this thread is just an informal way for folks to keep tabs on other EO people in their neck of the woods.

So come on kids! Be the first in your state to have a flock of EOs!

I'm in Louisiana :) I sure wish my girls would start laying! They'll be 26 weeks tomorrow. Maybe our several weeks of extreme heat followed by a hurricane set them back a bit.

Ooh... Glen! Territories?? Seriously! Lol. And by the way, don't kid yourself. I would say you are doing great breeding work- not just propagating them. You have some gorgeous birds this year :)
