RP I am so sorry you are going through this... but rest assured management already knows whats going on... they are not as dumb as they look some day..lol

this is why I cant work in a close knit work environment, thats why i left facility care and went to home care so i work by my self and i dont know anybody! .. I am loner...

but i consider some here on BYC the best peeps around!

I had a girl spread all kinds of stuff about me (the same one I mentioned in my other post) INCLUDING having the cops come search my locker.....NOTHING was found OF COURSE, but did she get "punished" for lying about me??? Hells no!!

She may have gotten punished. There are "levels" of punishment. Verbal, written, D-day...

I know they had her in the office for about 30 seconds. Maaaaaaybe she got a verbal, if anything. It doesn't really matter now. She was not punished ENOUGH for what she did, and that's all that really matters to me.
The point is, the gossiper can do a LOT of damage and be punished very little, if at all. I left the store to get away from her (transferred to another WM). Told my boss straight up "get rid of her, or else I'm gone" but I guess he liked her more than me

Like I said, it doesn't matter now, it's past. I have a new boss who actually likes me.

You saying that WM doesn't tolerate gossiping is like saying that roosters don't crow!

If I were you, I'd start looking for another job.

I won't give in to them...even confronting them would be below my standards...it would give them the satisfaction. I am going to take my case to the uppers, then have them deal with it. What goes for one, should go for all. If it won't, there's always higher ups to go to. When we move to wherever we're moving to...THEN I will transfer, but to transfer just because of someone is completely against my own principles.

Dont confront them..it will just make you look like the bad guy and give them more ammo aganist you....
actually..i would not do a thing about it...
I'd just do my job and only speak to people when i HAVE too....
Walk into work with your head held high and a smile on your face... That will bug them the worst...

Oh I wasn't going to confront them...I was going to speak with management about the issue. It did seem to really tick them off when I came back up smiling and laughing with management...I think I'll keep that route up and just bide my time.
