Ever seen a frizzled french guinea?

Visited a friend that deals in lots of poultry. He had a frizzled guinea. It was pearl in color but the pattern wasnt the same as normal & the feathers were slightly frizzled. Anybody seen one? I didn't offer him anything for it, but once I got home I started thinking maybe I should have bought it.

No, I have never seen one but would love to see a picture of one, if anyone has one...

I have had young pearls like that a few times ,the feathers were normal after they got their spotted feathers

I couldn't get a pic of this one, but even from 30 or so ft away I was wondering what was up with the guinea. I think it was an adult, or at least breeding age. DH thinks it is a guinea crossed with a frizzle chicken. I know the current owner was at an amish auction in Kansas last wk so it may have came from there. The feathers were not frizzled as well as a frizzled chicken but it was seriously odd looking.

I will double check & see if he still has him this wk. Maybe I can stop by & get a pic. May even need to buy him, but I was trying to get away from pearls!!!!

The guy who has him turns alot of birds fast, so honeslty not sure if he will have him..... but I will try to find out.
