Ever tried a Turducken?

We had one a few years back, and it was wonderful! Anyone else had one?

I had a TurkChickDuken or something like that... Turkey, chicken n duck. Delish. Lemon zest with different kinds of ground pepper and a dry rub I am still trying to recreate... Baked and basted with apple juice...

Ours had a cajun dressing in the middle, and cajun spiced. And we bought it at Wal Mart.

Had it at a Cajun wedding reception with oyster dressing. So good, it oughta be illegal
