Ever use one of these predator control lights?

Anyone ever use one of these?

Looks like a simple idea, but not sure. One good review, one bad review, just wondering if anyone here had ever tried these or anything like them. Thanks.

I've used these and they are really helpful, I was downstairs when the light turned on and there was a Fox and i was able to shoo it away!

I thought the idea was that the light was supposed to scare the predator away.

I suggest you get live Traps and put Tuna in them, that's how you get rid of a Predator, the light has scared of a skunk and a few rats before so it might scare them off!

I've used a live trap successfully, but was just wondering about these to add to the arsenal.

I don't think too many predators would worry about a light for very long; a waste of money, IMO. Mary

I'll add that I have those flashing red anti-predator lights installed on all four sides of my coop and run. Given that my entire flock was devoured last week by coons, I don't have much faith in them.
